Noisey and falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Private roof deck, University Place is central and convenient
Cons:
Loud noise on a consistent basis both from blaring music from downstairs restaurant and from neighbors and bad insulation. The building is outdated to the point of inconvenience. Things are flimsy and not well repaired so the apartments feel incredibly makeshift with things such as the overall unkept building, slanted floors, things break easily etc.
Advice to owner:
Update the units to appropriately match what is now overpriced rentals, afforded to the building merely by its location University. Living above the restaurant that is open late with loud music requires proper insulation. Moreover, the apartments alone are quite dilapidated, flimsy and dirty and could use an update solely for basic functioning and standards of living.
