Former tenant·6 days ago

Cozy but expensive

Pros

Nice amenities, although the gym is small. The super (Hector) is super nice and responsive, replied to my texts promptly and helped me with anything I needed. The doormen were also nice and willing to help out.

Cons

I hade mice almost all the time and it was hard to get rid of them. The rent is too expensive for the space.

Great Value

Pros

Excellent super Hector, very responsive management.

Cons

The doormen aren't there all day.

Advice to the owners

Gym/laundry room could use wifi- especially since the laundry machines use an app.
