the bathroom was nice and the rooms are well sized
Cons
- every pest problem you could ask for and slow response from owner. snake oil solutions - constant noise problems from the illegal bar downstairs and having to deal directly with the manager instead of doing so through the LL. once heard patrons *doing it* below my window. -if you have a problem, odds are it wont get fixed until you make some sort of threat -LL told us bc we dont live in a “luxury bldg” we shouldnt expect luxuries like….. a peephole, self-closing door, fire safe door, clean and well lit hallways, etc. - on top of two loud bars and a noisy street, so neither side of the house gets peace and quiet - sloping floors and a shoddy renovation. we once had the ceiling fan spark in a way that suggested it’d catch fire and the LL said it wasnt him that installed it. who else could it have been??
Advice to the owners
just spend the extra money for proper renovations and repairs so that stuff stops falling apart

the apartment is located on top of an illegal nightclub that runs 5 days out of the week and plays loud music till 4 am. Your floors will vibrate and you will have no rest.
