Falcon Tower is an impressive 31 story full service rental building located at 245 East 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Originally constructed in 1987, the building consists of 181 residences, many of which have large balconies affording open city views. All apartments come equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, many units also have stainless steel appliances and washer dryers.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.

On June 21, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board voted in the largest rent increases on rent-stabilized apartments since 2013.
