Reviews

Former tenant·11 minutes ago

Decent pre war apt building

Pros

Rooms are a great size, all can fit a full bed or queen with space for a dresser/sometimes other furniture. Cant hear my adjoining room neighbor at all.

Cons

Pests have been a yearly issue.

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Spacious but bad maintenance

Pros

The apartments are spacious.

Cons

The renovations were done haphazardly. The contracted pretty much evaded all responsibility during the renovation, the materials used are cheap and everything falls apart.
