Old building, PESTS, constant cockroach (c) openigloo issues starting from move in (c) openigloo day, mice issue as well (c) openigloo mostly related to construction. Frequent (c) openigloo construction in building causing water (c) openigloo to be turned off almost (c) openigloo monthly.
Advice to owner:
Add a gym in the basement where there is clear room for one. Better pest control. Stop with all the constant construction.

Across the street from the (c) openigloo park, close to subways, restaurants (c) openigloo and Central Park. Generally nice (c) openigloo living space, responsive Super. Laundromat (c) openigloo just around the corner.
Cons:
Apartment smells like natural gas, (c) openigloo had a mouse in the (c) openigloo apartment, pigeons in the light (c) openigloo shaft are very loud, traffic (c) openigloo on street-side apartment is very (c) openigloo loud. Hot water sometimes doesn’t (c) openigloo work, ceiling showing signs of (c) openigloo water leak building managers say (c) openigloo only thing to do is (c) openigloo “monitor.” Need space heater in (c) openigloo summer.

We struggled with the mouse (c) openigloo problem for 10 months. The (c) openigloo landlord did everything to avoid (c) openigloo drilling holes in the wall. (c) openigloo Nobody wants to live with (c) openigloo 20 mice and rat . (c) openigloo This building does not have (c) openigloo livable living standards.
Advice to owner:
Remember that your tenants are human. Reply to certified mails. no one is responsible for losing their health with your unethical behavior. no one should stay in a house with rat and insect problems, no heating water and 24/7 boiler noise.
