Good place to live

Pros

- Best super you'll ever have - Building was always clean. I lived there for years and saw one bug and one mouse. - Very quiet

Cons

- The rules can be a little strict BUT that is what kept the building nice and orderly - The leasing company isn't very accessible by phone. They are very responsive over email though. - Radiator heat, no elevators, some units are not updated. That's New York though. - Setting up online rent payments was impossible. I was told I was given a "code" to register. No code. I called and basically got told nothing useful.

Advice to the owners

- Make sure people know to email rather than call. - Make it easier to pay your rent online!
