Overpriced

Pros

Very good washer and dryer as well as dishwasher in unit, exposed brick. The super is generally nice and responsive, will come and do repairs quickly. Aesthetically a nice looking apartment.

Cons

Walls and floors are paper thin. You will literally hear your neighbor’s fights, farts and fucks. It’s so bad it literally doesn’t feel private in your own apartment. The fridge/freezer unit is absurdly tiny. Super doesn’t clean the hallway so it gets pretty dirty. Apartment is expensive for what it is (a small one bedroom walk up on a busy road above a store).
