RUN FAR AWAY

Pros

the only pro of the building is the actual unit itself.

Cons

EVERYTHING!! Management is a scam, literally (look it up), the building isnt registered with HPD. The owner is hiding under multiple LLCs, which have accumulated millions in debt at this point. Owner is impossible to reach, insane security risks have been apparent due to their negligence. Property management is garbage too. Trash sits out in front of the building for weeks due to improper disposal. They refuse to hire qualified people to fix issues in the units and in the common areas. Run far far away. This building shouldn't even legally be able to rent units currently. Neighbor is dangerous and has attacked other tenants, as well as gets into screaming matches with tenants, prospective tenants, and realtors. Management is unable to handle the situation at all.

it’s ok for what it is

Pros

new appliances, central ac/heat and washer/dryer

Cons

maintenance requests can take a bit, no way to pay rent online, no mailbox so your stuff is out in the open.
