This apartment is on a high floor which easily clears the surrounding buildings and, through its floor to ceiling windows, has stunning open views of the city including the iconic Chrysler and Empire State buildings. The apartment is wonderfully bright, and is luxuriously outfitted with beautiful hardwood floors, Fisher & Paykel, Sub-zero, and Thermador appliances, and crystal white counter tops with Wenge wood cabinetry. The large bedroom has a walk-in closet.

Building amenities include a full-size state of the art gym, common bicycle storage, cold storage for groceries in the basement, a 360 degree rooftop lounge fitted with lounge chairs, beautiful landscaping, and 4 kitchen/BBQ areas. The gorgeous lobby has WiFi access, an espresso bar, and a 24 hour doorman. The building also has direct access to a neighboring garage, which is owned and operated separately. Twenty9th Park Madison is one block from the 6 train, two blocks from the N,R train, and is nearby Madison Square Park, Gramercy Park, and Union Square.

NYC’s First Rent Stabilization Map

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
