Ok building , slow maintenance, good location, unresponsive management

Elevator, Newish appliances, good location.
Cons
Management is slow to respond to maintenance requests. Then the super is slow to actually make the repairs. Noisy neighbors, and the building is not doing much about it. Some of the neighbors are so bad that they get raided by the IRS Criminal Investigation Division at 6 am.
Advice to the owners
Be more proactive in responding to maintenance requests and tenant concerns.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. It’s always been clean and well-maintained, and I’ve never had any pest issues. The building feels very safe, and my packages have always been secure. The trash is taken out regularly, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful, which makes it a peaceful place to live. I also love having an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher—it makes daily life much more convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Honestly nothing! I love the apartment, I just wish it was closer to work for me
