No direct contact with landlord. Everything is through a portal so there is no discussion.

Hope in ceiling and no one cares

The fact that it’s in West Village and that’s it

Cons

I’ve been trying to get the door lock fixed for months, took two months for it to actually get fixed, there’s a hole in the ceiling from when I initially moved in and no one has done anything to repair it
