worst management company. great location

Pros

lovely studio apartment in terms of size & layout. Everyone in the building is great and the restaurant downstairs keeps things clean. Great location as well.

Cons

SW management is one of the worst management companies I’ve worked with. The heat was not working the entire winter and the super (Evan) was very unresponsive during these times. It was 65 degrees for most of this winter (2026). The washer is moldy and the dryers do not work . Lots of construction noise at this time because of new apartments being built nearby.

Great studio in a great neighborhood

Pros

The building is quaint and full of studios, so very quiet if you are able to get a studio off the street and the tenants are young and nice. Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. The workers at the French cafe downstairs are nice and you get to smell them baking croissants in the morning

Cons

Abysmal absent management company. If nothing goes wrong with your apartment it’s fine, but if you need something from them, good luck
