Stay away! Rat and rat fleas in ceiling, incompentant and immoral management

Pros:
Good location. New build apartment with great outdoor space.
Cons:
Since November of 2023, the building has had a rat issue. Prior tenant broke lease early due to rats in ceiling. There are also rat fleas coming into the unit from ceiling panel doors and sprinkler holes. 6 dead rats have been removed since moving in. Management is extremely rude, lies, and ignores most responses.
Advice to owner:
Hire a different exterminator, stop burning cash and do the up front work needed to fix the ceilings.
