Great Location, good for Price

Pros

Reasonable price for location. Landlord lived in the building so she was pretty responsive.

Cons

Saw a rat in the hallway once. No natural light (jr. one bedroom on the ground floor so that's to be expected). We found out when we moved out the landlord was charging us market rate for a rent-stablized unit.
