Big windows. Bad everything else. Don’t move here

The neighbors are nice, super always at the building, new laundry machine (although very expensive)
Cons
Landlord is very difficult to work with. After months of roaches, he refused to call an exterminator until we escalated it to the city. None of the units have enough heat as the windows are not insulated.
