Affordable housing; Mixed Income Building

Pros

-Affordable housing; Mixed Income Building! -Adequate Heating and Cooling. -Spacious rooms ! -Building interior is kept clean. -Hand Sanitizer Dispensers every floor. -24 hour Doorman/Security -Winter Snow Removal done quickly and efficiently. -Trash Chutes each floor and Recycling regulations. -Elevators work 98% of the time. -Brightly Lit Hallways. -Great Food/Beverage options for Delivery. -Close to 4/5/6 trains, M98, M101/102/103 MTA transportation.

Cons

-Neighbors are ridiculously noisy; Management does not exact regulations for noise levels at night. -Trash in Sidewalks; often isn't cleaned up properly. -Marijuana Smoking from most 1st floor apartments; Smells up the lobby. -Children - there are lots...
