Pros:

in laundry units and they keep the hallways clean. the landlord is nice

Cons:

it is on a main rode so it is very loud

Landlady is pretty responsive for maintenance issues
Air conditioning is great

Cons:

The buzzer for the front door is literally always broken or has issues - recently we had a bunch of packages stolen as someone just walked into the front door.
