Good but expensive and tiny

management was good and everythjng is very clean and well maintained

price for amenities is a lot. pool is so tiny. 1 bedroom price is so high

Beautiful building, cheaply built

Wonderful, attentive, front door, staff, beautiful facilities, and common areas
Cons
Elevators are constantly out of service or require long weights, the apartments look nice, but clearly have been built very cheaply – we’ve repeatedly had issues with the HVAC system going out, flooring warping, cabinets coming loose, etc , there’s also about to be a giant construction right next-door, but despite that we were given a rent increase of almost $1000 a month. Amenities are great, but the amenity fee is extremely pricey.
