Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Could do A LOT better

Pros

Quiet for the most part.

Cons

Cleanup, responsiveness of management, lack of organization

Advice to the owners

Listen to your tenants needs and fulfill them.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Don't pay last months rent

Pros

Eh, huge landlord conglomerate as of 2010ish. They don't bother much. But also, read "negatives" section.

Cons

You're never getting your security deposit from them. They'll just hang up on you or give you the runaround. Just something to keep in mind. Scumbags in that regard. Also they will neglect things that need fixing to the last minute and then try to force you to be home when it suits them with no notice. Just dickheads in general.. Any "Parkoff Management" building will be the same.
