I never had any major issues, but anything small was always taken care of quickly. I never had any pests, building was well maintained
Cons:
The only negative was the heat pole got noisy in the winter

Worst apartment experience ever

Sunny if you live above the 3rd floor
Cons:
Can’t make this up - the entire last couple months I was living here, the apartment below me BLASTED the office theme song on repeat every night intermittently from 2AM-6AM. Don’t think that apartment was occupied, I think they were trying to get those with lower rents to move out so they could raise the rent.
