Great prices for the area beautiful , safe, quiet neighborhood Nice respectful neighbors

outdated peeling paint steam radiators that is very aggressive hallway is beat up but not a deal breaker

Pros

I never had any major issues, but anything small was always taken care of quickly. I never had any pests, building was well maintained

The only negative was the heat pole got noisy in the winter
