Building is in good condition. Our unit had a new washer dryer and a dishwasher. Nice block and great location overall. Landlord was very responsive to any issues and flexible with us regarding our move-out date.
The buzzer for the front door of the building is very loud.
Suggest adjusting the buzzer volume and fixing the front door so it doesn't slam.
