Could find some place much better for same price
Pros
Everything is adequate. Nothing is really that bad. - Regardless of location, I would say it's pretty quiet. - Somewhat spacious. - Laundry is available to you downstairs (not that great though)
Cons
- Loud neighbors. There's overhead bluetooth speakers in each apartment which you would think is a good thing but it's not. When someone in the building plays music, it's heard throughout the building. - Washing machine doesn't really clean well. Noticed stains left on my shirt would not disappear after a wash using the machine in the basement. - Delayed response from management. Help requests would sometimes take days to hear back from. Overall, it's not horrible but there's definitely a bunch more options available for cheaper within the area.
