EVERYTHING. it's super expensive to live in and management takes complete advantage of us. they refuse to fix any of our issues and continue to charge us an exorbitant amount for rent. the trash outside is always disgusting and the building receives weekly violations from the NYC sanitation department yet management refuses to address these issues. Efri Gross and Hershy Perl are two of the laziest and rudest people i have ever met -- they claim they are part of the management company that runs this building. we have tried to find out several times who our landlord is so we can raise some of our issues with him, however when we asked, Hershy gaslit us and asked why we were asking. no one ever fixes the issues in this building and management is extremely rude and evasive.

Overall, we really haven’t had issues with a lot of stuff. Our shower pressure is great and the water is always warm. The AC/heat works great and there are individual controls in every room. All appliances and features are new so no problems there. Honestly pretty good.
Cons
The only thing is the building didn’t fully finish our apartment before moving in so a few of our smoke detectors are dangling from the ceiling, we’re missing a cabinet, there’s construction tape still up, and the floor is partially unfinished. But really just cosmetic stuff overall. Wouldn’t deter me from living here and maybe they’ll fix it all between tenants.
