No frills but decent building and price in lovely area
Pros
The location and price are the main draws of this building. It can take time for issues to be resolved, but you get what you pay for. The neighbors are generally quiet.
Cons
When I moved in, the live-in super who had lived in the building for years was so excellent. The super they’ve had for the last few years really cuts corners and is the building has gone slightly downhill as a result. Tenants use the compost bin as a trash can. Takes time for issues to be resolved. Some problems with small roaches.
Overall a gem!

Amazing apartment layout with a full kitchen! Really nice neighbors, attentive and live in landlord, tree lined street in amazing neighborhood
Cons
2 or 3 mice spottings, old appliances (gas oven/stove), truly unsure if the smoke alarms work in the unit, occasional package is stolen (new cameras just installed tho)
