horrible management when issues arise overpriced and will not negotiate on rent increases have had heat issues, cockroaches and rats in unit with no help from management they will renovate with no warning or cleaning provided to current tenants
Has the Basics
Pros
They had a cleaner in the building clean each floor on Mondays and Fridays which was very appreciated. Close to great restaurants and a very fun area/close to downtown which is great.
Cons
Noisier than it should be because of the fire station on 2nd and B, but you get used to it. The area is good but can feel unsafe at some times (good amount of homeless people).
Advice to the owners
More responsive. We always have had to follow up multiple times before finally getting an answer.
