Great communication with management, huge rooms for nyc, great bathrooms. Appliances are new. Quick turnaround for issues pertaining to broken appliances (we got a new fridge within 24 hours after ours broke)
lots of structural issues. many windows leak. can’t control your own heat so it’s boiling in the winter.
