Decent building

Pros

The people living here have known each other for quite a while. Therefore, there is a sense of community. Some tenants remain quiet and never speak to anyone while others talk to everyone. In the summer the people from the building usually gather to have barbecue and play spanish music.

Cons

If you are anti-social and noise level is a burden you would not like this place. Not extremely noisy but noise level sometimes can tend to be high from spanish music.

Advice to the owners

Main entrance door please lock it and move the intercom to the front. Lately there has been homeless people entering the hallway and doing God knows what at various times of the day. There is usually a guy at night doing crack. Ive seen homeless people go in to change pants. That is completely unacceptable. We need to lock the enterance immediately.
