Love hate relationship

Pros

Well kept in the front. Front door is always fixed to make sure we are secure.

Cons

Heat is on and off. Pipes is always backing up. Ceiling is caving in slowly. Management is late to respond to issues and give a very standoffish approach to making sure the building is up to date.

Do a full building insepction.
