Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Joseph Aizer reflects a mix of well-maintained and problematic properties. Many appreciate the responsive and professional management, clean apartments, modern amenities, and convenient garbage systems, especially in the Brooklyn Broadway location. Positive notes include secure package handling, electric fixtures, and pet-friendly policies. However, issues persist at some buildings with pest infestations, inconsistent heating, water leaks, noise from nearby trains, and rent increases. Several tenants report maintenance delays and structural concerns such as mold and leaks. Overall, management is generally attentive at better-maintained buildings, but some properties suffer from neglect that impacts resident satisfaction.

Good building even though it is on Broadway

Pros

Responsive management, bright apartments

Cons

Being next to the train, loud noise from outside

Advice to the owners

The management is good honestly.

Former tenant·11 months ago

Solid building for young professionals

Pros

Beautiful views in these units. Lovely garbage management, they had garbage receptacles on each floor. It was wonderful not to have to go out during winter. Locked package box was a plus. A/C splitters were nice. Everything was electric. Bedrooms were a bit small. Generally responsive maintenance. Professionally managed building.

Cons

Laundry is shared with a commercial tenant (spa) downstairs, leading to conflicts.
