A True Gem

Pros:
- Very proactive and responsive building management
- Close to transit
- Great value
- Building cleaned once a week and pest control comes often to ensure no bugs
Cons:
- Next to women's homeless shelter. I never felt unsafe though but sometimes you hear some noise coming from them.

Pros:
Small old building with nice interior, majority of decent tenants. Located in a residential area which most of the time is quiet.
Cons:
Not clean on the inside or outside, stairs and hallways filthy, lights very dim, old fashioned mailboxes, horrible service repairs and the landlord is a slum lord who doesn’t care what the building looks like.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building at least 3X a week, put brighter lights in hallways, put new mailboxes, keep front of building and entrance foyer cleaner. Do better repairs and stop lying to tenants that you use contract workers when you are clearly using non-contractors for cheap service and labor.

Great landlord & building maintenance

Pros:
Cleaner and pest control come about once every 3 weeks. No bugs. Constant maintenance on the building. Great landlord management.
Cons:
No washer/dryer. Building is old. If your apt is in the rear, the homeless shelter and ventilator next door might get loud.
Advice to owner:
You are doing everything that you can to make tenants happy. Thank you so much!

Pros:
Very fast responses and the management cares.
Cons:
Next to some shelter and you hear a lot of screaming and yelling in the middle of the night if you're apartment is facing away from the street
