Great location, lackluster building management

Laundry room just got updated with new machines, the first super that worked here was a great guy.
Cons
Management took over a month to come and fix our ceiling when a water pipe was leaking. They then proceeded to not clean up after themselves, leaving debris all over the floor of my roommate's bedroom. When the initial leak happened, we were forced to call an emergency plumber since the leak was happening at around midnight. Even after calling the super close to 20 times, we were given no answer and never received a call back. We were also responsible for paying the entirety of the plumber's fee by ourselves.

Cons
Radiator leaks, floor super creaky and damaged, everything is old and a little broken, occasional waterbugs/cockroaches, laundry machines stole my quarters multiple times
