Great Management & Amazing Location

Pros

Management is super responsive and things are usually always fixed the same day. New mail room set-up, garbage outside, and new ring doorbell.

Cons

Not a lot of storage in units, but building wise it's very well kept and a very sweet super/landlord. Not a intercom/buzz in the apartment, the buzzer calls your phone -- could be seen as pro or con.

Rent Stabilized in Williamsburg

Pros

Owner/Landlord is super responsive Live in super Lots of windows

Cons

Issue with cockroaches and mice, see at least once a month and and roaches sometimes in yhe hallways too. Got the super to try and plug all the holes and landlord to get an exterminator but it didnt work. Ended up plugging holes ourselves. Streets can be loud. Radiator is on and it gets super hot and cant turn it down - even reached out to super but he couldn't either.
