Good experience in Williamsburg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very new and overall clean, no maintenance issues, no issues with package stealing. Would recommend!
Cons:
You can hear the J/M/Z train if you live in a street facing unit
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Overall nice while the building is new
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice rooftop space.
Cons:
Adjacent to JMZ elevated train and can be quite loud. Building is new but poorly constructed, experienced leaks from roof drainage and water heater room that caused major interior damage down to ground level.

Good starter apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good intro apartment to nyc + access/proximity to train
Cons:
Bedrooms are small, but for the price, it’s a good deal
