A fine place, but small

Pros

A great location, laundry in the building, roof access, relatively quiet

Cons

The management was unresponsive to a few maintenance issues until they became untenable. Part of the roof caved in at one point, and we had raccoons in the ceiling for months.

Advice to the owners

Be prompter when residents have serious maintenance issues.
