Spacious, only 3 units in the building, neighbors are friendly, gas stove/oven, excellent daylight in the front bedroom / living room, street isn’t too busy or loud.
Like all NYC buildings, sound isolation is not great (between apts & from outside noise). Non-emergency issues do not get addressed quickly or at all.
Improve communication regarding repair possibilities and scheduling.
