Cheap rent, comes with issues
Pros
Cheap/inexpensive rent. Some market rate many not. Front desk ladies are super nice and helpful.
Cons
All what’s already been listed. Must call and press them for pest control. Building in poor condition. Doesn’t take care of it. Packages stolen.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your building and tenants. They need livable usable space.
Bedbugs infestation - landlord useless

None? With the bedbugs, there are no “pros.”
Cons
Massive undisclosed bedbug infestation. Landlord violated the law when I moved in by not informing me of an infestation within the last year. Infestation in my apartment was active pretty much the day I moved in. Landlord took minimal action with exterminator for the next year that was ultimately unsuccessful. Had to move. Ended up out thousands of dollars from having to throw out so much property and move again so soon.
Advice to the owners
Actually treat the problem.
