Good building, noisy neighbors

Pros

Never had any issues with package theft here and the building was generally kept clean

Cons

Had a few problems with mice + roaches, neighbors in the back were really noisy

Nicest property manager ever

Pros

Overall great apartment with great finishes. Any time there is an issue someone is there to fix it in 24-48 hours. AC units came installed and had control of our heat

Cons

construction of park was loud (now completed), packages sometimes stolen
