The garbage build up downstairs sometimes can make the hallway smell and lead to mice

Wish I Could Stay Forever!

Pros

Everything works properly, we can control our own heat, it's mostly quiet, pest-free, easy garbage disposal, etc. Seriously don't have any complaints about the unit or building

Cons

The super/landlord are a little slow to respond and the call box is a little tempermental
