Really great apartments with outdoor space

Pros

Rent not too high, good space, balcony, near a train, pets allowed, parking available, washer dryer available, large living, dining and bathroom

Cons

Landlord not very responsive, neighborhood is loud and at times unruly, only 2 washers and dryers available, apartments not painted before next tenant moves in, front door to building sticks and is often open, tenants of other houses and buildings tend to congregate outside front door and driveway

Advice to the owners

Be better. Be more responsive
