Insane amounts of bugs and rats. Poorly maintained building leading to rust and water damage quite frequently.

Cover the trashcans in the backyard in some way to prevent rats.

Pros and cons but could be worse

Pros

Great location, heart of LES, as a result can be rowdy on the street, decent sized living rooms/kitchen, one bedroom is a different size. The landlord will respond it will just take a minute.
