Solid for the price point
Pros
Good price, nice location, responsive maintenance crew
Cons
Things get stolen a lot, mice are running around, trash frequently. Appliances are old.

Solid corporate building
Pros
Very responsive maintenance during regular hours. Neighbors have all been great and it's relatively quiet (considering location). Never had any issues with the landlord and communication is easy.
Cons
Like any cheap prewar the fixtures and common areas are old and every place gets the rental treatment of a dozen layers of white paint. also if you have an emergency on a weekend that requires maintenance, you'll be waiting until Monday.
