Cons:
Cheaply made, multiple issues even though it was a new space, very thin walls

The property manager sucks so it’s not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Furnished apartment, great neighbors, great area
Cons:
The property manager Jeff Allen is terrible. He is completely negligent and doesn’t care about his tenants at all. For example, my roommate needs the mailbox unlocked (Jeff gave the wrong key) so they can get their new social security card, which they need for documentation for their job. It’s been over a month and Jeff still won’t comply and my roommate is an international student so they may lose their job. Jeff also is completely unresponsive in general and takes days to respond. When my room had a horrible leak he claimed his phone was dead which is why he didn’t respond even though messages don’t deliver when your phone is dead, and my messages were delivering. So he’s also a liar.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better property manager who has more gratitude for having a job and appreciates this kind of work. Not some dude who follows talent and modeling agencies (that’s right Jeff I found you on LinkedIn) and clearly doesn’t have his priorities straight.
