Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for The Abingdon Condominium reflect a mixed bag of experiences. While many residents appreciate the buildings' cleanliness, responsive maintenance, and prime locations, consistent issues with management have emerged as a major concern. Feedback indicates a trend of slow responsiveness and unprofessional behavior from management, particularly during move-out procedures. Additionally, ongoing lobby renovations and aging apartment features were noted as drawbacks. Overall, tenants enjoy living in well-managed amenities but would benefit from improved management practices to address maintenance and communication issues effectively.
