Close to the train station and stores.

Cons

Roach infestation VERY outdated The hallways smell and then your apartment smells ( not even smoke, just a bad musty old smell). Management doesn’t care Dirty vents that connect peoples apartments

Advice to the owners

Do better, you have the money to fix things so do it. Trust me , it’ll save you money in the long run.
