Pretty decent, not the best, not the worst

Pros

The building is cleaned weekly, the super is responsive, trash is managed well.

Cons

Water pressure wasn’t good, the hot water isn’t hot enough, no heat during the coldest days, cigarette smoking inside building. Last few months there’s been a lot of roaches in all areas of building

Advice to the owners

Pest control the building and apts more regularly, change the battery on the fire alarms in the hallways as they are always beeping
