A lot of privacy.

Cons

Everything needs to be fix, the carpet needs to be change, the kitchen cabinets needs to be fix, the bathroom looks like a pig nesting, and above all it’s flooded with bed bugs.

Advice to the owners

Fix everything, don’t be stingy.
