There’s either no heat, or the pipes are incredibly loud. Office never responds to complaints. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Constant trash problem outside the building.

I liked this building as soon as I moved out.

Raw sewage water flooding the egress of the basement apartments Shaky and rusted stairs leading to basement Always garbage and dirt Intercom doesnt work Combative building manager They don't actually fix anything its just patch work.
