Nice Neighbors Terrible Service

Pros

Super tries to support despite management. Neighbors watch your stuff and are helpful, kind, and friendly.

Cons

Management gives you an attitude if you do not speak Spanish. People steal your packages. The noise on the street is so intense it affects one's nervous system. When the elevator breaks, there is no sign or notification. Water is turned off without warning. Hydrant use can decrease water pressure. Front door is broken most of the summer to allow building access. People addicted to drugs sleep in the lobby and steal packages.

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive to tenants and provide upgrades when increasing rent prices.

The apartment is nice.

Pros

The floor is quiet and family oriented building.

Cons

No garbage disposal so garbage sits around until can be disposed of outside building. Waterbugs and other mites. Inconsistent responsiveness. Occasionally people passed out on the stairs. Building inconsistently cleaned.
