Loved Parc 77, other than cost

Pros

Hard to think of any cons other than cost. Location was great, doormen were so kind, maintenance staff were responsive to bathtub clogs. Didn't have any pest issues and couldn't hear my neighbors.

Cons

Moved in during COVID so got a great deal, but was quickly priced out after 2 years.
